Spotz started with a simple but powerful observation: the world is fragmented. People use six, seven, sometimes ten different apps just to manage their daily lives. Hotels on one. Food on another. Payments somewhere else. No loyalty connecting them. No intelligence between them. No savings for the user.

We decided to fix that — not with another app, but with an entirely new kind of digital infrastructure. An ecosystem where every service, every vendor, every payment and every user are connected inside one living, intelligent environment. That is Spotz. And we are just getting started.

Joar is a Norwegian serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience across real estate, hospitality, health, medical and digital industries. A former Norwegian national champion in kickboxing and boxing who represented Norway for over six years — Joar brings the same discipline from the ring to every business he builds. At Spotz, he leads global strategy, investor relations and territory expansion.

Together they have built the Spotz Service Mesh — the sophisticated technical architecture that powers AI-driven service discovery, multi-currency payments, real-time vendor management and seamless cross-border operations. The Legal Framework

Territory Licence Agreements, vendor contracts and the Spotz commercial model formalised — creating the foundation for global expansion.

Dubai — First Market

Dubai confirmed as the Spotz launch market. Territory partner conversations and vendor agreements underway. The ecosystem goes live.
